Salad Selection
A choice of any five of the following:
Home-made coleslaw, potato salad, Wardorf salad, nicoise salad, prawn salad,
celery nut and sultana salad, tomato basil and fresh mozzerella salad, tuna and pasta salad,
rice and prawn salad, seafood salad, mushroom salad, stilton and walnut salad.
Egg Mayonnaise
Lightly boiled egg coated in a thin mayonnaise
Fresh cut French Baguettes

The standard finger buffet
Chicken Drumsticks
Assorted open and closed Sandwiches;

Goujons of chicken with a crispy garlic coating;

Selection of flavoured Tortilla crisps – a selection of dipping sauces will be provided

Fish, Chips & mushy peas
This is the seaside! We can theme your wedding, supply Cod frshly caught from the Margate boat, hand cut chips and bowls of mushy peas.
Lamb and Rosemary burger. Using minced lamb from Monkshill farm, rosemary from the garden, and serving in a rustic bread roll with selected salad leaves and home made relish.
Steak and Ale pie. We use steak from the Kent herds, ale from Gadds, the local brewer, top it off with golden puff pastry and serve with seasonal vegetables.
